It can fully solve the problem of different color granules of rice, grains,plastics and dried fruit-vegetables etc.New design of dust-off system brings more safe working environment for multi-purpose sorter.

1. Adopting HD full color 5400Px CCD image sensor that reach the aim of distinguishing 0.1mm are of object.
2. Adopting the chips of FPGA and DSP from companies of ALTER and TI. The forth generation processor technology of EPGA which sharply promoted the processing speed.
3. The overall upgrade LED light source could adjust the output power of light source according to those different materials,Ensure the accurate obtaining of materials' information; LED lighting system with radiating function makes it in longer using, lower energy consumption and better performance.
4. Adopting special technology chute makes material transfer more steady , meanwhile, we also could provide plate-type and slot-type for meeting the various demands.
5. Unique track-type cleaning device, with dust control design, the structure is more stable and the cleaning effect is more excellent.
6. By using the up-mid-low dust collecting devices, it is better to solve and improve the problem of machine working environment. (option)
