Description & Features

TQLX series high-efficiency revolving vibration screen is mainly used for cleaning or grading of materials used in such industries as pulverization, feedstuff, rice milling, chemistry as well as food and oil extraction, etc. It is applicable to use screens of varied mesh size to clean such granular materials as wheat, maize, paddy and oil products, etc.

  As an ideal equipment, this machine features in simple structure, stable operation, low noise, low energy consumption, excellent sealing performance and easy operation and maintenance. Once equipped with air sorter, it can remove light impurities, ensure operation under negative operation, and prevent overflow of dust.

1. Revolving vibration frequency of equipment models listed in the table is up to 350r/min.
2. Implication of yield column 40/50: Maximum yield for cleaning and preliminary cleaning of wheat is up to 40t/h and 50t/h respectively.
3. Upper screen is equipped withΦ6-Φ7 mesh for cleaning.
4. Upper screen is equipped withΦ8-Φ12 mesh for preliminary cleaning.
5. Select appropriate processing capacity and mesh size according to volume-weight (or specific weight), suspension velocity, appearance and size when cleaning other materials.
