Single Section Sifter

Description & Features

The small single plansifter  is employed in grain milling ahead of bagging for the sifting and re-bolting (final sifting) of break stocks, flours, bran and intermediate mill stocks as well as for the grading of floury materials, semolina etc.

1. Sieve frame size: 850x850mm, 1000x1000mm.
2. High quality steel material with long working life.
3. Sieve frames are made by imported wooden coated inside and outside with plastic melamine lamination, de-mountable, interchangeable. Sieve frames are equipped stainless steel trays. Each whole section is fixed by means of a metal frame and pressure micro-metric screws from the top. It is easy and quick to change sifting scheme if necessary.
4. ABB motor and SKF bearing ensures machine running smoothly.
5. Full cover design with high capacity.
6. Every machine have to pass 24h running test before delivery.
