Description & Features

The bottom vibrating discharger is widely used for discharging stuff in form of powder similar to wheat flour from the bottom of the bin or silo in flour mill, feed mill, chemical industry and pharmaceutics industry. The vibrating motor used as vibration source helps the discharging hopper to vibrate at high frequency. The hopper is home at its center to a conic discharging plate which is used to push the stuff move evenly and slowly out of the outlet and to prevent bridging inside the silo. It's really an ideal discharging equipment at the silo bottom..

1. The equipment consists chiefly of discharging hopper, plate, hanging rod, rubber sealing ring, clamper, distance tube and vibrating motor..
2. The stuff falls from the bottom into the hopper below, the vibrating motor drives the hopper working at high frequency which force the stuff to spread slowly and evenly around the discharging plate before they flow completely out of the hopper, thus improving stability and uniformity of the movement of the stuff as well as avoiding bridging at the same time
